Understood. I on the other hand am not so sure that such an
attribution is not present as far as Danny is concerned, given
his long standing professing of this line of argument of his, evident
in the archives of the DNSO GA...

How unfortunate for these poor souls just to work for minimum wage
to be forced/required to sign such and oath. :(
But it should also not be surprising to know, that as an retired
Marine Officer, I too was required to swear a similar oath (Without
the reference to California of course)...

Perhaps so. As far as I know such and oath in Texas is not required.

Also understood here as well. Many would sign such an oath and do
so falsely. But IMHO, such an oath for an organization such as an Atlarge
is a far cry from one for a State Employee, don't you think?
