Bret and all stakeholders or other interested parties and members,

  As Jamie has rightly pointed out already several times, Hans cannot
dictate anything.  Hence unless you have a vote from the panel
posting anything to the web site regarding bylaws in this instance
would be illegitimate.  Hence I would strongly suggest that
you await such a vote.
