Re: [atlarge-discuss] The web page
Bret has a good point. If the panel is content to allow Hans to run
everything and just decide everything from bylaws to whatever else comes up,
and if Hans appionts himself the chair and entire web-wg, as he apparently
has, as well as the chair and entire membership of the bylaws wg, then I
guess Hans can do whatever he wants with the web page, the bylaws, or
whatever. I'm not sure what my role is as a member of the panel. I don't
know if Hans or the silent panel members want votes on anthing or not. I
guess I'll just have to register my objections to the list.

I have no intention to post anything to the site absent some sort of
instruction from the Chair or the panel about what I should post and when.
If the Chair and/or panel wishes to delegate this to task to a subcommittee
or an individual, then kindly let me know to whom I should look for
guidance.
My current understanding is that Hans Klein is the Interim Chair of the
panel. Unless the panel instructs me otherwise, I intend to do what Hans
asks me to do. (I'm not sure what choice I have.) If that's a problem, then
the panel, by a majority vote, should give me a different instruction.
