I have no intention to post anything to the site absent some sort of
instruction from the Chair or the panel about what I should post and when.
If the Chair and/or panel wishes to delegate this to task to a subcommittee
or an individual, then kindly let me know to whom I should look for
guidance. 

My current understanding is that Hans Klein is the Interim Chair of the
panel. Unless the panel instructs me otherwise, I intend to do what Hans
asks me to do. (I'm not sure what choice I have.) If that's a problem, then
the panel, by a majority vote, should give me a different instruction.
