Hans, at a certain point, you should stop giving orders, and try to 
establish some basis for how we manage this organization.  YOu can't just 
pull stuff out of a hat like this.  You are the acting chair, because the 
one who was elected quit.  You aren't the head of the relevant working 
groups, and you haven't got a vote to support anything you are trying to so. 
   What next, you go to the GAC and say, force ICANN to give us 3 seats on 
the ICANN board?
