Bret,

We have been making reasonably good progress on the Panel. Most people have been making fairly constructive comments, and a number of people are not objecting. Jamie is clearly upset, but he seems to be alone in this, and I keep trying to address his substantive concerns.

The most important thing to put on the web page will be the announcement of the meeting we are sponsoring in Shanghai. We will need to announce that today and to post the announcement on the list today.

I agree with putting up your two non-controversial items as well.

That leaves the draft bylaws and the draft mission statement. How do people on this list feel about posting those documents?
