Well I see it does absolutely no good for a member to make a motion, even
one that is seconded. Because that is the end of it. No one to set up the
poll as described in the motion. No one from the panel to take note there
was one made, so Hans, just go ahead and make all the decisions. It seems
the members have no influence on what is going on anyway. I have seen at
least 3 motions made and seconded then ignored. Tells me all I need to know
about the democratic nature of this organization.
