I really like this Walter but in my country of birth, your first paragraph
would be sedition and cause me grief.
I cannot support this group as opposed to my military and my government.
Perhaps a more supportive statement to help said powers in understanding said
rights of individuals.
Also in one of my countries of adoption our government represents the users
with high effectiveness.
How about we just modify from "not to be abrogated" to "shall be advanced and
supported by".
Just a thought but in general I like it.
