Well, the ALOC IRC chat worked pretty well, so perhaps it's not
Denise's fault, but it is due to someone else at ICANN (or to China
Telecom... who knows).

However, certainly ICANN does not seem very interested in making
remote participation possible (for example, the webcast feed was
activated late and advertised later... and usually ICANN webcasts work
quite badly).
