Richard and all stakeholders or other interested parties and members,

  ICANN is never and has never intended for 50% or 9 directors
to be on it's board.  This has been known by some of us for some
time now.  Others held out hope too long I am afraid.

  Hence Richard, it is clear what our direction needs/could/should
be or become...
