I believe the Panel must not be left to decide the ALOC
representative(s) for this organization.  Frankly, I do
not have much faith in the Panel members of the current
committee.  The membership must needs decide who will sit
on any ALAC/AC or whatever, as a representative of the
interests of this group as a whole.
