I also would like to see them bring "order out of chaos" (including the

...including my name among those other "luminaries" is a compliment,
considering how little personal time I have available to dedicate to Internet
governance issues. (And how little expertise.) Like Bruce Young, I have a
life apart from the Internet. But I do attempt to keep up with the mailing
list (without filtering!) although realistically am only able to become
current on weekends. That excludes me from some of the shorter turn-around
exchanges as you may have noticed.
That said, I do challenge myself to read and respond in a timely way to
Stuart Lynn's latest proposal regarding new gTLDs.
