This seems a very good idea.
Look, I do not know why but I start thinking we will not get the 
icannatlarge.org site managed before some times. I therefore suggest this: 
I could maintain a list of action points by members with an URL on 
http://icann-at-large.org.

For example an entry like :
- Jan Siren, response to Stuart Lynn's gTLD proposal http://.......
- Sotiris Sotiropoulos, position on ALAC .... http://....
- Richard H. has initiated .... http://...
(private urls or possibly .atlarge.ws addresses, as you like)

Then we could may be work out a small program to build up the page?
Then when/if icannatlarge.org resumes operations http://icann-at-large.org 
will be aggegated to it..
