I had no time to go deep into SPIP, but there is a words macro which 
permits to enter posts in words  and to paste them if I am correct. This 
also permits cooperative work and votes. I suggest we dedicate 
icann-at-large.net to the spip pages and link them from icann-at-large.org 
so the memory and FTP is kept a part (if that is suitable to you: give me 
your name servers so I reroute the name). Have you understood enough SPIP 
to build backgound?

What I will do is to have an Excel page to maintain links on 
http://icann-at-large.org and I will start witrh  the first line to 
http://icann-at-large.net
