That comment sums up exactly my position.... first step... clear decision
from the membership on whether ICANN do or do not "force us" into THEIR
regional groups...

ICANN is not the At Large. ICANN has expelled the At Large. ICANN does not
represent the best interests of Internet Users.

There should be NO question of ICANN "forcing" internet users to organise in
any way according to THEIR agenda.

The At Large should set the At Large agenda for itself.

So I repeat the call for an immediate vote, based on the Proposal I made
before and after Christmas, which I believe has been seconded.

Vittorio, please could you get the panel to vote on balloting the
membership?

This week ideally, next week latest.

What's the point of choosing a vehicle, if we don't know whether we're
travelling by land or by sea. Are we an adjunct of ICANN's plans, or are we
an independent and resilient opposition, joining in coalition with other
Internet User groups to organise ourselves?
