The bylaws can be all inclusive if they contain clauses like:

- The icannatlarge is a gathering (Council)  of  not less than 50  elected 
representatives.
- representatives to the icannatlarge are elected by Parties that have the 
right to determine their own internal structure, mission statement  and 
Bylaws.
- These Parties must be made up of Individuals, who elect their 
representatives for periods no longer than 12 months and no shorter than 3 
months.
-each party can elect as many representatives as it wishes. The secretariat 
of the icannatlarge will fill 50 seats with the Individuals who have 
collected the most votes in the Parties' elections.

- Decisionmaking in the icannatlarge Council is governed by the following 
Charter:

A.(Parliamentary Rules)

-the representatives to the icannatlarge.org have the following rights:
(enumeration of essential rights of Parliamentarians)

B. (secretariat)
duties of the Secretariat.
Structure of the Secretariat.
