Danny, SOtiris and all,

  Such a petition stands little chance of being approved.  And the ONLY
chance it does have will have nothing to do with the documents the ICANN
Bylaws require.  ICANN has consistently ignored and even violated
it's own bylaws, almost at will, or changed them after the fact, as they
are attempting to currently again.  So again the ONLY chance such
a petition has of being approved by the ICANN BOD ever will
depend almost entirely on how much money we can collect for ICANN
itself.
