I think Joe is right here!

Incorporation, etc etc fine - but the new panel can pick that up, *after*
elections, in consultation with members.

ONE THING is needed right now: ELECTIONS

Keep it sweet, keep it simple.

Choose the voting mechanism (either use the previous mechanism, which
worked, or use Joop's Polling Booth)

Set a 10 day period for Nominations.

Set a 10 day period for Candidate Statements, Members' Questions, Debate.

Set a 7 day period for Voting.

ONE THING and get it done: ELECTIONS
