Amen again! Jefsey's suggestion meets the criteria for a secret
ballot with proper authentication. On the other hand, since I
am on pre-X Macs, those command line programs probably won't
work at this end so you might well want to replace me with
somebody who can use them.

Meanwhile, though, we've had another episode of the precipitate
action which alternates with our standstills so I have already
received the membership list and access information for the
ICANNATLARGE.ORG site, though I haven't opened Vittorio's
message yet. Please tell me ASAP if you want me to discard
it and step back from the watcher role.
