Though I haven't time to keep checking the Web site
for unauthorized changes (I'm too darned busy for it),
assuming Joop's posting is accurate, I would like to propose that
the very first question on Joop's upcoming poll be:

"RESOLVED THAT

  a)    Vittorio Bertola, given that he is no longer Chair
        of ICANNATLARGE.ORG's Panel and has misused his powers
        of administrative access to its Web site to further his
        personal interests against those of ICANNATLARGE.ORG,
        immediately restore the Web site to its previous state
        and cede the domain name and administrative control to
        the Web Working Group (WG-Web) of ICANNATLARGE.ORG;

  [  ]  Yes
  [  ]  No

  b)    the Web Working Group (WG-Web) of ICANNATLARGE.ORG
        *as a team* be empowered to operate, maintain, update,
        and add to the ICANNATLARGE.ORG Web site from time
        to time, all such actions to be performed according
        to procedures approved by a majority vote of WG-Web,
        until such time as the organization's bylaws are
        finalized;

  [  ]  Yes
  [  ]  No

  c)    neither the WG-Web nor any of its individual volunteers
        is authorized to remove any materials (other than those
        added by unauthorized persons hacking into the site, or
        software being replaced by updated or better software)
        except when so authorized by a resolution of the
        Panel of ICANNATLARGE.ORG or a vote of its members

There should probably some provision in the event of passage of
(a) and failure of Vittorio Bertola to comply with it but I'm
not sure what that should be -- perhaps a request to ICANN to
have the domain name transfered to us on the grounds of his
"cybersquatting" on our name?
