Unfortunately, the database structure in which our site stores
members' data (which of course wasn't done by me) does not store any
date value. I guess you could consider the order of insertion, but
that does not necessarily coincide with the order in time. 

However, I have alphabetized the list for you, and added the location.
I am sending you an Excel file (yes, it's a closed format but I guess
it might be more useful to you, if not just tell me).
