You don't need the membership list to *take decisions* on
announcements, nominations, timings etc. You may take such decisions
and ask the independent electoral committee to put them in practice.
By the way, this is how it usually works in democratical elections.

Are you running out of arguments?
Wouldn't it be more productive if you came out with proposals about
the process of the new elections, so that the list could discuss them,
reach consensus on them, and then we could have the elections? Your
only interest seems to be attacking me in every message.
