I am "impeaching" nobody and denying nobody anything they are entitled
to. To tell the truth, I'm bloody well fed up with people who try to
make me look like the big villain.

Jefsey, the person who should certainly have transferred the list,
FTP access and domain name administration to the rest of the Panel
was Vittorio, with whom I have no contact and who has no control
over me. He still hasn't made that transfer, I gather, but you
should complain to him about that.

I (and Jan to the extent that he has publicly expressed himself
in agreement with me) consider that we are holding the list, etc.
in trust for the group. Therefore, we are not leaving the group
open to the situation where the privacy of members is violated
by having the list sent to everyone who demands it.

Both you and Joop have made significant contributions to the group
and I hope you will continue to do so. However, please note that
neither of you can continue to be a one-man show and expect the
group to function as an organization.

On receipt of a Panel motion to that effect, I will very happily
send all files I received from Vittorio to Jefsey, Bruce and
Eric - in their identity as our remaining Panel - so that they
can organize whatever election process and polling they *collectively
agree* is appropriate.

Until that time, I am doing what the majority of interested members
told me to: keeping the information safe so it can be used in the
elections and eventually passed on to the new Interim Panel.
