I will not "nominate" DPF as there is no other legitimate structure than 
the elected Panel however crippled by ill advised competition such as ALAC 
and Judyth, strange Jeff's attitude who calls for its action (election) 
while denyingit existence, or still clumsily used by its coopetition such 
as yours.

But I totally agree that DPF is the most competent, experienced and 
trustable person for that role. With a strong back ground proving his 
wiseness and equity. Everyone knows that we recently opposed  on a qui 
proquo (he took for a judgement what was a technical evaluation of his 
proposition). So I hope everyone will accept this position of mine is a 
serious and fair one.
