Joop and all fellow members,

 No, Jefsey, Bruce and Eric have from the beginning made this proposed
method of holding and election a farce.

  No reasonable body of any real consequence will recognize it
as legitimate.  I would think that Jefsey and Eric at least would
know and have known this full well all along...
If not, than I shall have to revise my personal opinion of both of
them dramatically as being little more than rank amateurs, to put it
nicely.
