Dear Joanna,

This is exactly the kind of response that might be expected when an
organization's mailings get out of hand and are totally unmoderated. I
have found no such Procedures defined in the few days during which I
have been actively searching, however it may be that one of the more
informed and less vociferous members of this list could contribute
something other than crass personalization and sarcasm in the near
future.
