[atlarge-discuss] Watchdog resignation

Jefsey insists the election is run by the rules published by the Polling
Committee, which I have not seen. Jefsey refuses to verify the ID of each
Watchdog and Candidate in this election. The Polling Committee amounts to
himself, plus a compliant pair of accomplices whose opinions on the matter
of ID verification are noted by their absence. This puts me in an untenable
position. I resign as a Watchdog.
