Very good points and arguments made here Able. Well done!
Indeed your original point made two days ago now was spot on.
That being as I understand it, that multiple methods of verification
of identity for a global organization such as ICANNATLARGE.ORG
is a requirement if indeed we are to be a truly global organization.
My company recognized this as far back a 1995, and addressed it
in several ways via developing a product for international ecommerce
transactions that we named the "Interface Facility" for lack of a better
term. It is expensive, but very comprehensive and it is widely used
and accepted in the EU and asia. There are however many other
methods (Plural) that can be implemented and utilized by this
fledgling organization. But again none that I know of would be
cheep or by no means free if security and safety are to be
considered for the members and future members.
