are you saying that you are going to participate in deciding whether certain candidates are verifiable when a decision saying that they are not will benefit you in the sense that it will secure your inclusion in the panel? in any case, that is probably a small matter to debate about. please do continue with your (volunteer) work.

kindly advise me, however, how i (or others like me) can be verified if i don't have nor can i get (paypal.com does not include the philippines in their non-us serviced countries)nor do i intend to get such an account.

also, i would like to ask what are your plans with regards to the recruitment of new members? or should i take it that you are just interested in verification at this time?
