Gilbert and all fellow members,

 Given the exchanges on this subject/thread from Sotiris and a number
other members it seems that Sotiris is not willing to accept anyone
that does not open a Pay Pal account and transfer $1.00 US to
his account as a means of verification.  It seems that Sotiris is
not willing or want's to except other globally excepted means
of electronic verification of identity.

  The government of the Philippines was wise to disallow
Pay Pal some time ago for use as a financial transfer mechanism.
