Re: [atlarge-discuss] [Fwd: Re: [Panel] Proposal for agenda]
Let me ask you that question in return, Martha. How can you adequately
prove your identity to us? You've no doubt already read what processes
are available to you at this point. If you have another idea for our
consideration, feel free to offer it. But, if you'd prefer to keep
things simple, you can either 1) send me $1 via a verified Paypal
account which I will immediately refund 2) produce a valid digital
certificate in your name from a certified provider or 3) send me your
mailing address and I will send you a registered letter (at your own
expense).
Again, if you have any other ideas feel free to propose them, but please
keep in mind that the 5 verified members of the committee thus far have
chosen the Paypal method.
Thank You,

Good Evening, Sotiris.
I would like to be a member of the Membership Commitee. What sort
of verification of my identity do you think would be appropriate?

"The science of jurisprudence regards the state and power as the
ancients regarded fire- namely, as something existing absolutely.
But for history, the state and power are merely phenomena, just as for
modern physics fire is not an element but a phenomenon.
From this fundamental difference between the view held by history
and that held by jurisprudence, it follows that jurisprudence can tell
minutely how in its opinion power should be constituted and what
power- existing immutably outside time- is, but to history's questions
about the meaning of the mutations of power in time it can answer
nothing."
