Hi Sotiris -
	I have just sent  $1.00 to Joe Borda by Paypal.  Since he is the only 
person so far to have been nominated and seconded for the chairmanship 
of the Membership Committee, it seemed logical to send it to him.
	I'm looking forward to a productive time on this committee.  I hope we 
will all work toward developing means to verify the fascinating concept 
of individual identity.
	 There is no reason I can see to rotate the chairmanship.  Let's elect 
a chair and get on with it.  We are taking a lot of time, spinning our 
wheels;  adelante!
