Point of Order.  
The mentioned Motion is out of order.  Previous Motions to Verify
Candidates are still under discussion, questions of validity of the
election process remain unanswered.

The mere motion being made and seconded does NOT make it Passed.
IN my mind there are still many questions left unanswered and many of
the tentative Panelists are still not Verified.  In future, the
Verification process will take place BEFORE any election is allowed to
take place.  The fact that attempts to make this election worth
something and not just throw it out all together
