We have to start thinking about engaging many more volunteers, who can each 
contribute 10- 20 minutes of their day to build a piece of the construction 
of an icannatlarge organization.

If we keep on relying on 5-10 individuals who spend 12 hours per weekend or 
4-5 hours a day on icannatlarge mail, both reading and contributing, we are 
setting ourselves up for failure.

Since the days of the ifwp discussions, the load of ML reading has 
increased massively and it cannot go on indefinitely without causing burn-out.

The result would be a democracy of "the last man standing".

We have to find a way to make mass participation scalable, without leading 
to individual overload.
We are reaching the limits of utility of a mailing list.
