This is, of course, pure nonsense.  This is not a list of verified
Provisional Membership Committee members at all, it is a list of the people
that have chosen to send PayPal money to Sotiris. All other members of the
PMC are verified, they just chose not to send money to Sotiris.  Sotiris is
really unhappy that some of the committee members did not jump at his
command and send money to him via PayPal. So he childishly leaves them off
of his list. Someone recently referred to this as his sandbox attitude. (Do
it my way, or you are not allowed to play in my sandbox)

Mauro, for example, has been verified as a real person and is in line for a
place on the Panel if one of the elected candidates fails to meet attendance
and voting requirements.  However, Sotiris has declared that anyone who does
not send him PayPal money does not exist.  Jeff Williams for example, is
known by many to exist. A number of members are quite unhappy about his
existence, but those of us who have spoken to Jeff certainly know that he
exists.  However, even though Jeff complied with Sotiris' demand that he
supply a physical address for a return receipt mail certification, Sotiris
does not want to acknowledge Jeff's existence... so he simply declares that
he does not exist and therefore cannot be included on the "Sotiris" list of
PMC members.

There is, of course, no earthly reason to even mention the PMC membership
list, unless Sotiris plans to make a retrospective fuss about his
participation in the committee work done on Saturday.  Do we see a pattern
here?

This latest demonstration of Sotiris' belief that if he makes enough noise,
someone will actually believe him, is interestingly posted immediately after
the post wherein he promises to change his ways.

Ah! How to win friends and influence people.
