You are so right.
Incidentally this is also the problem with  Polling Booth results.
I can send the raw files to watchdogs, but the moment I start stripping 
email addresses *before* sharing those files, I also lose integrity of process.

The only solution is to sacrifice the anonimity of the ballot just a little 
and share raw results directly with *very trusted*, *elected* overseeers.

As for anonimity now, it all depends on trust of a single election officer too.
