Hello Danny:

I was not aware that the verification of this person was a part of the
Provisional Membership Committee mandate (we were looking for ghosts among
the elected Panel).  I am sure we will be pleased to undertake this task,
and you are not the first to request it, but in a recent email to the Panel
Chairman, I asked if we were authorized to do so.  I do not yet have a
reply.

I hope to hear soon what the PMC's current status is.
