Claude has disappeared...  Furthermore, when asked to meet up in Paris 
with Claude in tow, Jefsey refused to rendezvous with either myself or 
Joop...   The only conclusion I can come to is the same as your own, 
that "Claude" is a ghost created by Jefsey to manipulate the election. 
The ramifications of this act by Jefsey do not bode well for this 
organization.  I believe that a new election is probably the best way to 
handle matters.  
Jefsey has lost all credibility in this organization.  I worry about the 
state of his health too... rude and malicious bugger though he may be.
