Whilst it is  a given there exists a person who calls themselves Jeff
Williams, it has been shown a number of times over the years the
name/address and claims made by this person are false.  The person has
been investigated a number of times and every time the personal and
business information he provided turned out to be fabricated.  This has
been documented a number of times on websites and mailing lists by
prominent people such as Ross in the DNS arena.

Those of us who have been around DNS interests for a while (a haunt for
Jeff Williams) are very familiar with the facts.  Even a cursory
investigation by yourself should have turned up the fact the identity of
Jeff Williams has been questioned for years and he has never been able
to prove either his identity or the claims he makes.  It is also a well
known fact in DNS circles that some well known people have tried to
substantiate his claims and personal information but could only come up
with negatives.  The only way to settle the matter would involve more
expense than the issue is worth.  The majority of people I have come
across just accept Jeff Williams as he is, an unknown person who tells
unsubstantiated stories, who sometimes has some interesting things to
say but who for the majority of the time should and is ignored.

I'm afraid any organisation that validates Jeff Williams as a member
would lose all credibility.
