_Just for the facts_  Micheal, you should read the correspondence.

Fact 1) The message that you refer to was sent at 6:17pm AST (1 3/4 hours
before the end of our 24 hour session)

Fact 2) At 6:28 you returned a marked up copy of the draft report with your
comments under the lines that you disagreed with (a total of three). I
responded to you, thanking you and saying that I would make the changes that
you wanted. I changed the report to include your comments verbatim, and
returned the amended draft (now with your comments included) to all members
(including you) for further discussion and amendment.

Fact 3) You made no further changes to the document over the next one and a
half hours of our meeting, although you did send 5 other emails during that
period (all were about whether or not Martha should be accepted as a
committee member because she sent PayPal money to Joey instead of Sotiris or
whether Jeff Williams should be permitted to see your messages because he
had refused to open a PayPal account for Sotiris).

Fact 4) At 7:23 I sent another draft copy of the letter showing the list of
eight committee members who had participated at some point. One member
responded and asked that his name be added to the list of participants and
that the number of participants be changed to nine.  I made those changes
and again posted the document for comment.

Fact 4) At 8:10pm the final minor grammatical changes made by a committee
member were incorporated into the report. There were no further comments
received from committee members and at 8:17pm the report was sent to the
Panel and the membership, with a copy of the cover letter to the committee
members.

Just the facts Micheal. Please re-read your message below and note just how
carefully I followed your plea to go slowly forward with the discussion. I
spent the next 2 hours (until past our mandated deadline) to make sure that
the report was not sent until every member who cared to participate had
their concerns incorporated into the report. Note how I included every
comment and every change offered by every member, including every one of
yours. Note how the report was not sent out (regardless of its lateness)
until there were no more comments or changes. Note also that you made not a
single comment about the report nor did you care to discuss the report at
any time after I had incorporated the changes that you made two hours prior
to the report being sent to the Panel. And then, Micheal, note just how
wrong your nasty accusations are.
