Ron and all,

  All such Restricted  letters have a "Tracking Number" that can
be looked up online at www.usps.com and you can call
Toll Free 1-800-222-1811 with that tracking number. And
have delivery confirmation upon receipt to that tracking
Number.  I just sent one out myself yesterday, Express Mail.

Good morning, Micheal:

Please tell the membership if you sent a Restricted  Delivery letter to
Jeff Williams when you sent one to  Micheal.

If so, did you get a reply?

If not, why not?

  Everyone:

  I have just received and executed a "Restricted Delivery, Return
Receipt Requested" letter from Micheal Sherrill via United States Postal
Service (Certification # 7002 3150 0004 8775 5389).

  Micheal Sherrill, as he requested, has been E-mailed the "code"
included in the letter, which I will not disclose here as yet as I do
not know whether he used similarly encoding for others.

  My postal service delivery person, Robin, was not inclined to see my
photo ID. "I know you," she said. I insisted, and she did, for the first
time in my nearly 3 years living here, look at my ID.

  Further, she had no problem with the mail being addressed to "Joseph
Borda" rather than "Joseph Bordo." She knows ALL the variations by now,
and all the "interesting" mail I get.

  Now... my way of saying "Enough is enough!"... I will not be showing
the color nor style of my underwear, nor telling even whether I wear
any, to any but my closest friends! :)
