Ron and all fellow members,

  No need for you or any member to play Sotiris's little childish
games.  I am happy to pay the postage upon receipt should
Sotiris ever get off his backside and send me a restricted
letter return Receipt Requested.  My guess is that he will
never do so.  However I have notified the Frisco post office
Master to "Flag" any such from Sotiris or anyone from
CANADA.

  As through NIPC I heard this early evening, the CMP
is requesting me to forward on any and all correspondence
from anyone identifying themselves as "Sotiris" or
"Sotiris Sotiropoulos", I shall be now forwarding this,
and previous as well as subsequent correspondence
to them directly as well as NIPC.
