I concur that Sotiris' attitude toward new members is too confrontational.
It is probably a carry-over from his (quite proper) questioning of other
elected Panelists who have yet to prove their existence, let alone their
worth.

Let's give him a chance, though, to ameliorate his approach, rather than
demand his immediate resignation.
