That's no different than the owner of a street address, who may get 
mail in various people's names.

However, a registered letter must be signed for whether it's 
addressed to a street or a P.O. box; in such cases, a slip is placed 
in the box saying that the recipient needs to go to the post office 
counter to sign for the delivery in order to receive it.
