What sane individual would place any validity in a poll as poorly worded and 
"leading" as the one that was offered to this membership?

By way of example, consider the fact that you were given only the following 
choices regarding incorporation:

USA for tax exemption
France no tax no paperwork

Were those choices sufficient to cover the gamut of the issue?

What choices were you given in this poll regarding the replacement of panel 
members?  Were you presented with options such as:

1.  Let the panel select a replacement panelist
2.  Convene a new election to allow the membership to vote on a replacement
3.  
4. 
5.
6.

or were you limited to choices that favored "next-in-line options" as 
dictated solely by the whims of the poll-maker, Jefsey Morfin?

A biased and poorly drafted poll cannot be used as the basis for ongoing 
decision-making.
