This would of course be dictated in part by the citizenship of the

  This a really a matter of conjecture on your part.  As you know one
member
and now a supposed Jefsey-election panel member, Sotiris has received
moneys in the name of this organization.  As such in US and
international
law, we are unconstitued "Organization"...
