On behalf of the entire membership, I gladly accept your generous offer of
$25,000 (I think that was what you said you are holding in escrow for us) so
that we don't have to look elsewhere for seed money.  This should see us
through until we are organized and in a position to apply for grants to the
established foundations.

I am sure we are all very grateful to you for no longer having to consider
the one source that should be attempting to support us.
