Re: [atlarge-discuss] Another lawsuit against ICANN, to stop WLS

Richard and all fellow members,

I will again try to converse on this subject and hopefully neither,
Sotiris, Abel, the likely fictitious Albert Brickel, Dessa AKA Darryl,
or Ron will yet again decide to be obtuse in a response to my remarks
and/or comments to you well put comments/remarks below.

Yes, and as you know those processes, ever changing and morphing
as they have been over the past 5 years has not well served the
stakeholder/user community, if served them at all.

Indeed this is a broadly shared opinion that somehow has either
escaped the DOC/NTIA or is being spun around behind the
scenes by ICANN BoD and Staff members in conjunction with
their dubiously "Accredited" Registries and Registrars for purposes
of very questionable intent with the stakeholder/users whom do not
have a voice and/or a vote in such policies and are therefore
left with seeking a legal court proceeding by which to gain fair
and unbiased treatment. This to me and our INEGroup members
is unsatisfactory and anti-consumer practice on the part of ICANN.

There is, and has been none in all of the 5+ years I and our
members have been involved. So you Richard are being too kind...

Very much true but consensus or at least measured consensus
has never existed or been practiced within ICANN...

All DNS, protocol and Ip addressing decisions should have the
voted approval of those effected and willing to participate as they
are public rescues.

Yes the US Congress has made many of the same type of statements
in regards of lack of accountability to the stakeholders/users on a number
of occasions in various senate and House committee's without address
by the ICANN BoD or staff in any tangible way.

  Snapnames is one.
