Danny,

Your tone gets worse, your fact finding deteriorates and frankly, seeing
as you are not a member of this organization I should not even answer to
this type of insulting emails.
However, I do for the simple reason that there may be some people out
there that consider what you post as facts and do so without looking in
the obvious places for those facts.

The panel motion which I moved was written AFTER the panel received the
full headers to both emails from Ron, pls see the panel archives.

The proof is very clear that these emails are what they say they are (we
also have the original emails) and that the post from mr. Williams was a
falsification.

You are doing that what you accuse others of, <quote> "doubtless the

...and maybe you are jumping the gun in your eagerness to banish Jeff 
Williams.  I recall a post from Ron Sherwood which contained what
purported to be a 
comment from Bill Burr.  Subsequent to that post, Abel asked Ron to
produce the 
full headers of that email.  I don't recall seeing the headers posted as
yet. 
 

As such, we currently have the as yet unsupported hearsay testimony of
Ron 
Sherwood (whom I would deem to be trustworthy) standing at odds with the

comments made by Jeff.  It is reasonable to assume that someone is
lying, but I don't 
think you can state that Jeff has "already" been proven guilty.  Has
anyone 
on the panel bothered to call Mr. Burr?  Probably not, but that probably
hasn't 
stopped the lynch mob mentality at play...doubtless the "Panel" has
already 
produced a motion calling for the banishment of Jeff Williams before all
the
