Schon etwas älter, aber kurz und gut.
Stephen King published his latest novella electronically. The security
protections were broken within two days, and unprotected copies were
available on the Internet. This should not surprise anyone. (The other
interesting factoid is that apparently despite the widespread piracy,
the experiment can was a rousing success. He could have expected to
make about $10,000 selling it to Playboy; early reports are that he
made about $450,000 in e-book sales.)
